Why tools ask you to enable sound
Every browser blocks websites from making sound until you’ve interacted with the page — it’s an anti-autoplay rule, not a bug. That’s why our tools show a Start, Enable Sound or play button before anything sounds.
What to do
Click the tool’s start/sound button once per visit. In Studio Link you’ll hear a short confirmation chord so you know audio is alive.
Still silent?
- Check the tab isn’t muted (right-click the browser tab → unmute).
- Check your system output device — Bluetooth headphones love to steal audio quietly.
- If you’re running a DAW with an audio interface, make sure the browser is routed to a device you can hear.
- Refresh the page and click the sound button again.
